Our Client, an India based $2 billion Global IT Major wanted to recruit their core team of embedded software engineers in a newly started development center in Mexico . Key Challenges were that our client was new to Mexico, lacked adequate branding, were unable to find a partner that understood technology, did not have staff fluent in Spanish, and most significantly, identified a dearth of embedded programming skill sets in the region.

ValensSoft offered to help the client, who were in a crucial time crux and we started working closely with our Mexico sourcing team. We discussed and strategized with respect to the client's subjectivities and finalized the position specs, keeping in mind of the challenges that all parties were facing.

We head hunted amongst a varied pool of embedded engineers (with bilingual capability), some from the research institutions, and a small team from specific companies in telecom and automotive electronics. Our efforts resulted in the successful placement of 5 Senior Engineers in the first phase, which helped our client initiate their development work within the committed timeframe.
