Recruitment Services Senior Management P&C Insurance US/India

Our client in India, a captive development center of a US based global insurance provider, was looking to recruit for an important position - that of Project Director. There were major challenges in recruiting this profile. The candidate needed to have at least 15+ years in IT , 5+ Years in IT Project Management, at least 5 + Years of experience in the US Property & Casualty Insurance Domain in the capacity of a Business Analyst or a PM , required a Mainframe technology background and Onsite (US) Project Management experience.

Closely engaging with our US office, we conducted an exclusive search and were successful in locating a candidate based in Chicago who was working as an IT Project Manager for a US based P&C Insurance provider. This candidate had all the relevant experience and we understood he was keen to settle back in India . Furthermore, a successful counseling interaction, created mutual interest between the concerned parties. He was an obvious choice for our client.
